About Liberty

Liberty has studied Chinese medicine, acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, and bodywork extensively over the past seven years. She runs a private practice in London Fields, alongside a busy multi-bed community clinic. Liberty teaches acupuncture channels and points at the London College of Acupuncture and Natural Medicine, and also assists on their postgraduate courses.

Outside of the clinic, Liberty combines her clinical skills with over a decade of hands-on experience supporting families as a nanny. This informs her bespoke postnatal care packages, where she integrates Chinese medicine with practical, grounded care to guide families through a restorative fourth trimester.

Liberty also provides acupuncture during pregnancy and labour, please get in touch to learn more.

    • BSc (Hons) Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture

    • 18-month Diploma in Daoist Medicine

    • 12-month Diploma in Paediatric Acupuncture

  • Liberty creates personalised treatment plans that may include acupuncture, lifestyle guidance, bodywork, and supportive practices tailored to each individual. Her approach recognises that healing is not one-size-fits-all, but a process that unfolds through careful listening and ongoing relationship.

In Chinese medicine, the body, emotions, and mind are understood as a unified whole, each continuously influencing the others. Prolonged emotional states can create real physiological change in the body, a principle long held in Chinese medicine and now increasingly supported by modern research.

Liberty works with a wide range of acute and chronic physical, emotional, and mental health concerns. She has a particular interest in nervous system regulation, stress, women’s health, pregnancy, and postpartum care.

Liberty consults from her clinics in East London, including Clapton and London Fields, and also offers at-home postpartum support.
